Do you secretly want to be a Drag Queen/King for one night? Do you want to be painted and mentored by some of the best performers in Lexington? Do you want to do all of this AND help raise money for charity? If the answer is YES, then this is the event for you!!! Named in honor of the first Empress of the Imperial Court of Kentucky, the Julie Vaughn Memorial Closet is always a good time! Contestants are paired with local Drag performers who will help them transform in 1 hours’ time into a Drag Superstar! In order to be eligible to compete in Closet Ball, a contestant must be a member of the Imperial Court of Kentucky, and can never have accepted tips while in drag previously. Are you interested?
